We only collect special category personal data (previously referred to as sensitive data) from our clients, our staff, job candidates and work experience placements. We have additional procedures and policies in place to ensure we process and protect special category data lawfully. We provide separate privacy information to the individuals from whom we collect special category data.
If you visit our premises, we may collect images of you via the CCTV cameras positioned outside our premises.
We do not trade personal data for commercial purposes and will only disclose it if required by law, necessary to arrange your event attendance, or where applicable with your consent. Details of our processing
Strategically People Limited processes personal data only where the purposes are justified on the basis of our legitimate interests in running and promoting the organisation; we will not send you marketing communication unless you have provided us with your explicit consent.
We also process and store associate personal data and this is held for the purpose of entering into a legal agreement between Strategically People Limited and the respective associate.
