Brad Taylor - Founder
Brad was previously Director of People, OD & Workplace at the CIPD – the leading professional membership body for HR and people development. With a career spanning retail banking and not-for-profit / professional associations, he has helped organisations achieve their purpose and strategic aims through attracting, developing and retaining talented and engaged people.
Brad’s professional career includes strategy formation, organisational culture, organisational development, talent acquisition, change programmes, business growth, joint ventures, employee relations and workplace transformation. He is a specialist in HR strategy for the not-for-profit and professional membership association sector.
Brad has led HR and talent development for employees in the UK, Africa and Asia. He co-led the cultural integration of the joint venture between CIMA and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and has led workplace transformation programmes. He has facilitated leadership team development and coached leaders in attaining higher levels of personal resilience, self differentiation and leadership effectiveness.
Brad holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Personnel Management from Kingston University and is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD.
